You can track the entire journey of your package here:
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed
(Due to Covid-19 there is sometimes a 24-48 hour delay before tracking begins).
Canada Post will pass the item to your country's local carrier (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, Post Italiana, Australia Post etc) who are then responsible for delivering the item to your door.
Estimated delivery time depends on occasion it can take longer depending on your local postage carrier, your proximity to major postal hubs and custom delays. Please bear this in mind.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
