I could give you many reasons, like great prices, fast shipping, awesome selection, excellent customer service, etc. but I'm not going to say those things. This question is probably best answered by our customers rather than by us. Their voice is the one that counts.
You don't have the item I'm looking for. Can I request it?
Of course! The world of anime is incredibly large, and there is always more merchandise available to us than what we currently have room to carry. If there is something you would like to see us bring in, feel free to contact us and let us know about it! We can't guarantee that we'll be able to get it for you, but we will certainly try!
How are your shipping rates and times determined?
We ship through Canada Post, and therefore our rates and delivery estimates are determined by them. These are also subject to change without notice.
Can I track my Order?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist! For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
